The Athlete Lab

About the facility: Duell Fitness is located in The Athlete Lab, which is located within the Midwest Gymnastics facility. It is a separate space, but still connected to the larger community of gymnasts and martial-arts participants. You can enter the lobby on the SOUTHEAST corner of the building and walk through the arena to the gym, or you can enter the WEST side of the building in our back entrance.

Water fountains and showers are available. There are two showers available in each locker room. Night classes are busy in the whole facility because of gymnastics and martial arts classes. Come with your workout clothes on, or feel free to change in the locker rooms. Leave your duffel bag along the wall in The Athlete Lab. During winter or with rainy weather, please leave your street shoes in the front lobby.
