2 cans of black beans, drained<br />
1 c olive oil<br />
3-4 oz dark chocolate, melted<br />
1/2 c cocoa powder<br />
3/4 c raw cane sugar or sugar substitute<br />
1 t vanilla<br />
2-3 scoops chocolate protein powder (I use choc peanut butter flavor)<br />
1 t sea salt<br />
4 eggs</p>
<p>Process black beans and part of olive oil until smooth. Add rest of ingredients and mix until blended. Bake in 9&#215;13 sprayed pan at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.</p>
<p>Delicious on own or top with berries and drizzled dark chocolate.</p>
