The Duell Way

It is my belief that exercise should be make us feel great. There should be aspects of all things possible; fun and serious, hard and easier, intense and calm, strong and light, learning and letting go, peaceful and excited, and deep meaning and mindless. I think we become more "in tune" with our bodies when we are fit. To feel the smallest changes in ourselves is an advantage that we woudn't have otherwise, We have so much control over how we feel and look. Great health isn't all about the number on our scales. It is so much more. Good nutrition combined with good exercise is the best way to feel "like a million bucks"!!!! We are so worth every ounce of energy that we can put into our health and healthy life-styles. My goal for every client is to have each one feel their best.

Fitness Tips

I suggest for all clients to be using a resistance training program (lifting weights) 2-3x a week. In addition to lifting weights, our bodies need exercise in cardio (walking, biking, swimming, etc). Sessions at Duell Fitness

Sessions are tailored to each individuals needs. Sessions are one or one or with small groups. Most clients train with resistance training (free weights) or with body weight (push ups, pull ups, etc). Most sessions are full-body lifting focusing on all muscle groups. Along with training large muscle groups, each client will learn how to strength their core/lower back, rotator cuffs (small shoulder muscles), with the result of remaining injury free.
